Suffering no more

One of the greatest acts of love we can give our horses is to set them free from their painful bodies. This beautiful mare was suffering from rotating coffin bones, which can result from a number of causes. It is extremely painful and at a certain point there is no treatment. The only relief that can be given is the Last Act of Kindness. We are so grateful that her owner loved her enough to do right by her and reached out to us for assistance through our humane euthanasia grant.
