A very special breed

He is a stunning Canadian - yes that's a breed! He spent years helping people with both mental and physical challenges. Sadly he recently suffered from colic characterized by a very painful abdomen that can have many causes and when serious strikes fear in every horse owner. If it can't be relieved immediately there is a high risk a horse can die from it. We are very grateful to his owners that they recognized he needed the Last Act of Kindness and reached out to us for assistance with our Humane Euthanasia grant.
