Gunner

Gunner is another sweet, young colt who was rescued by Horse Heroes Alberta at the Westlock auction. He was in very poor condition. Severely malnourished, covered in lice, he had the worst worm load they had ever seen. And his feet were so neglected, his hind hooves were so long they were like skis! You can see he has already improved quite a bit but he still has a ways to go before he will be ready for adoption.

In the meantime, Gunner became a good citizen and thanks to our donors we were able to provide them with our Gelding Grant. We are excited for his future and so grateful he has been given all the care he so deserves.
